What an absolute honour for our Prep 6 class and Sports department to meet Kevin Sinfield CBE as he continued his awe-inspiring and emotional 7 in 7: Together ultramarathon challenge to raise awareness for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Kev ran through the rain into the Sheffield Tigers’ RUFC ground – the playing home of our Head of Boys’ Games Ryan Holmes, who was first team captain until his retirement this year – accompanied by Dame Jessica Ennis Hill, and even took the time to pose with our children for a photograph before setting off on leg 3 of day 4 of his incredible challenge.
